IPv4 to IPv6 Converter

The IPv4 to IPv6 converter transfers an IPv4 address in the notation of an IPv6 address: the decimal four block notation (e.g. 127.0.0.1) is changed into a valid hexadecimal eight block notation (e.g. 0:0:0:0:0:ffff:7f00:1). The Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) is a version of the Internet Protocol of 1999, and replaced the Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) of 1981.
