Hashing Tools
The free hash tools allow the calculation of different hash values to a text. Hash functions usually use cryptographically stronger algorithms than in case using a simple checksum method. A hash or hash value may almost uniquely identify a large amount of data and thus is similar to a human fingerprint. However, collisions can never be ruled out: there may be a hash value to several input values.
